I left home 6 years ago to backpack around the world and have been living and traveling abroad ever since. During this time, I've visited numerous countries, climbed countless mountains, learned from masters, and met thousands of beautiful people. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons and have gradually led me towards my current path - breathwork.
While exploring the mountains of Panama and swimming in cold rivers, I was introduced to breathwork by someone who had studied under Wim Hof. I was immediately drawn to it. At this point in my life, I have had enough of backpacking and being nomadic and have decided to settle down. Throughout my travels, I learned various styles of breathwork from masters all over the world. Combining two of my passions, music and breathwork, I decided to start this channel.
How I use breathwork
“I use breathwork on a daily basis incorporating all different techniques like you can find on my youtube channel. And at least once a week I go on a journey of the breath with long form breathwork videos that I provide on my patreon. As you can see, there are many techniques in breathwork and I will be creating a detailed course all about the science of breathwork, how and when to use it and much more. Stay tuned my friends.

Holotropic Breathwork , Wim Hoff Breathwork , a year of Sandy's breathwork , I have never had an experience like that. That was the most amazing heart opening journey I have had while breathing. This is a very very deep medicine. I am still coming back. I am fasted right now. A psychedelic journey into the heart of the frequency of unity. That was unbelievable.
