About The Rewire Tour

A five-city live breathwork concert tour in Europe

Mallorca · Belgrade · Budapest · Amsterdam · London

Sandy (Breathe With Sandy) and Alex King-Harris (Rara Avis) are both composers, performers, and breathwork facilitators. They share the stage as a blended, harmonized duo — producing music, playing live instruments, and guiding the breath together as one integrated practice.

Continuing the energy from our sold out show in Los Angeles, we're bringing this experience to Europe.

Each evening begins with a cacao ceremony led by a local community collaborator, followed by live music and guided breathwork. There is time to slow down, arrive, and connect with others before and after the experience.

Drawing from both traditional pranayama and modern conscious breathing practices, Alex and Sandy create immersive soundscapes that help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deeper states of presence and gratitude.

Our approach is simple, welcoming, and accessible to everyone. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and make the experience your own. With clear guidance and music that flows with the breath, we create a space that feels both grounded and meaningful, where science and ancient wisdom come together in a natural way.

Why Community

The power of shared practice

Sandy and Alex believe deeply in the power of community — in people coming together, connecting with each other, and discovering the power of shared practice and shared experience. The hope for every event is that participants connect more deeply with each other before, during, and after the practice, and that they leave feeling part of a movement focused on doing real work to improve daily quality of life, and sharing that gift with others.

Breathe With Sandy

Sandy

"I left to travel the world in 2018 and never looked back. What I found along the way — breathwork, music, and a deeper understanding of myself — became everything I now share."

Sandy is a breathwork facilitator, musician, and producer who has guided a community of over 430,000 people through more than 350 sessions of breathwork, original music, and daily practice. Trained in functional breathing, transformational breathwork, and pranayama, he produces all of his own music — crafting soundscapes designed to move with the breath and help the nervous system settle into calm.

Rara Avis

Alex King-Harris

Alex King-Harris — aka Rara Avis — is a musician, breathwork facilitator, and movement guide with 25+ years at the intersection of breath, sound, and embodiment.

Classically and jazz-trained, his path led into ethnomusicology and electronic production, where he helped shape the sound of Desert Dwellers, Shamans Dream, and Liquid Bloom, and released work on Six Degrees Records — crafting soundscapes designed to deepen consciousness and embodiment practices worldwide.

Before production, Alex studied intensive pranayama with traditional teachers and apprenticed in therapeutic applications of breath and sound for cancer patients — experiences that crystallized his understanding of music as medicine.
