The Story

I started traveling the world in 2018 and began learning about the breath through various teachers in various countries along the way, eventually leading me to teaching and creating these experiences both online and in person.

Why Breathwork

Ancient practice. Proven by modern science.

They say breathwork is the number one fastest growing wellness practice in the world. I have never looked into that, but I can tell you it is available to every human being at any time of the day. Athletes, therapists, parents, children, the sick and the healthy are all using it to regulate their nervous system, lift their energy, sleep better, release old trauma and much more. No medication. No equipment. Just what we have been given as human beings.

Calm Down Fast

A few slow, deep breaths tell your body it is safe. The heart rate settles and the stress starts to drain out of the system.

A Steadier Nervous System

Over time your body gets better at moving between being switched on and fully relaxed, instead of being stuck in one gear.

Let Go of What You Carry

Stress gets stored in the body. The breath is one of the simplest ways to move it through and feel lighter afterwards.

More Space Before You React

With regular practice you notice a little pause between something happening and how you respond to it.

Natural Energy

Certain breathing patterns and holds give you a clean lift of energy with no coffee and no crash.

A Quieter Mind

The overthinking slows down and it becomes easier to be present with whatever you are doing.

Better Sleep

Slow breathing before bed helps you drop off faster and wake up feeling like you actually rested.

A Stronger Body

Less stress in the system means less inflammation, and a body that is better at looking after itself.

The Music

Music helps guide the experience

I produce all of the music on the app, making it easy to follow along to many different breathing styles. Music has the power to alter our moods and shift us out of fight or flight. Pairing that with conscious breathing is key.
